We do not accept returns or offer refunds on jewelry items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
We only provide an exchange if the product has a manufacturing defect.
To request an exchange:
Contact us on WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.
Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the exchange process.
Please note:
The item must be unused and in original packaging.
Exchanges are not accepted for damage caused after use, regular wear, or tarnishing.
Exchange approval is subject to inspection.
