Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on jewelry items due to hygiene and safety reasons.

We only provide an exchange if the product has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange:


  • Contact us on WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.

  • Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the exchange process.

Please note:


  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Exchanges are not accepted for damage caused after use, regular wear, or tarnishing.

  • Exchange approval is subject to inspection.

Shipping Policy


  • UAE delivery fee: AED 20

  • Delivery timeline: 2–3 working days

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.
